Eagle Ridge Construction Incorporated provides a number of services, along with a project plan and timetable which encompasses executing contracts, allocating resources, project financials and accounting, as well as quality control. From the beginning and throughout the project, objectives are identified, and performance goals are set by the leadership team. These objectives and goals are then communicated to the appropriate personnel along with the expected time frames and work plans. The Eagle Ridge Inc. leadership team supervises and conducts both site activities and inspections. An open line of communication is maintained throughout the development and implementation of our projects. The Eagle Ridge Inc. leadership team meets regularly with personnel along with our clients, subcontractors, architects, designers, and vendors. Eagle Ridge Inc. is committed to keeping our clients abreast of all activities related to the project and keeping things moving in a positive direction until project completion. In residential and occupied spaces, Eagle Ridge Inc. provides a systematic approach which allows building occupants to “operate as usual” during ongoing construction. Additionally, Eagle Ridge utilizes both second and third shift capabilities (which also may include weekends) in order to complete projects both on time and within budgetary constraints.
Job safety is a priority for Eagle Ridge Construction Incorporated. A “Zero Accident” policy is in place and monitored by our project team leaders. Enforcement and ongoing training of all personnel is handled through an independent and professional safety services company. The majority of our site personnel have obtained OSHA training certificates and are continuously educated on safety practices and participate in weekly safety meetings.

Eagle Ridge Consultants, LLC is a fully bonded and certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) construction consulting firm. This division specializes in project management, cost control/containment, and professional compliance training. Our extensive knowledge can be applied to a variety of construction projects ranging from smaller scale residential building and renovations, to larger commercial build outs and reconstruction.
